# Adding canada post to shopify Issue

Hi Boutiqueholo2024,

We experienced a service outage from late last night until just before noon today that affected several services, including label creation and website login functionality.

Based on the timing and symptoms described, it’s possible that the issue with your Shopify connection was related to this outage.

As service has now been restored, we recommend trying the connection again.
