HI! I am a Canada Post client - and I use Clickship for shipping. Clickship requires an API Username and Password, and on my old Canada Post account it was easy to find. I have called tech support many times and they say it is now the API Key and Secret - but those don’t seem to work. Any ideas?

I have also checked with clickship and they tell me I need the LEGACY API Keyword and password. I am literally going in circles as no one in the Canada Post tech seems to know about this developer site.

Hi **[Blonde2026](https://forum.developer-developpeur.canadapost-postescanada.ca/u/blonde2026),**

If you need to obtain your API keys for the legacy Developer Program, please call the technical support desk at 1-877-376-1212 to create a ticket, this is required so we can verify your identity.

Please be prepared to provide your Canada Post customer number.

Many thanks,
The Developer Portal team

Hi. Ok Will do. Then what do I do with the ticket number? I had contacted them and rather than give me a ticket, they told me to post here. It’s a bit frustrating I have been going in circles for a week with CP.

Hi **[Blonde2026](https://forum.developer-developpeur.canadapost-postescanada.ca/u/blonde2026),**

The ticket should be assigned to us to action without you having to do anything.

You can private message your ticket number to me just in case.

Many thanks,
The Developer Portal team
