Language policy (_Official Languages Act_)** As a Crown Corporation, Canada Post is committed to serving you in both official languages. - You’re welcome to post in either English or French. - We’ll reply in the language of your original post with in 1 business day. - To ensure information is accessible, we provide best-effort translations of our replies into the other official language, typically with in 3 business days. - All announcements and documentation from Canada Post will be provided in both English and French. **4.
