The SOAP Rating system is returning this error when requesting rate estimates for a shipment:
8511 - An error occurred while handling the request. Please try again or contact the support line
Appears to be happening with destination addresses in various locations in Canada.
Just checked Canada Post’s Service Alerts page:
Under Developer APIs Status, their service status page seems show outages for getting Rates.
REST APIs is still under service disruption, but SOAP APIs seems OK now.
