Hi, we have our developer program production API Key working for years to get Canada Post rates for our Canada Post customer/contract #, but suddenly this stopped working and getting this error starting around 11 am EDT this morning (Sept 17, 2026) :
Code: E002 , Description: AAA Authentication Failure
Our production and development API Keys can be seen on this page after I logged in to my Canada Post account:

I can’t revoke and regenerate the production API Keys currently because one of the applications using this production key doesn’t allow me to change keys currently.
Our code making the API calls didn’t change.
Would you know what is wrong and how this issue can be fixed? I tried to contact the support phone # 1-877-376-1212 and it referred me to chat support and chat support says to contact the forum with this issue. I tried calling this phone # again right now but am stuck on hold still.
