Where do I get the Legacy API?

Hi,

I am trying to connect Canada Post to a shipping tool on Bigcommerce. However only the Legacy API is supported at the moment.

I logged into my developer account but cannot seem to find it.

Can someone help me out?

We are enhancing the Developer Program dashboard as part of maintenance activities.

In the meantime, if you require API keys for the legacy Developer Program, please contact our Technical Support Desk at 1-877-376-1212 to have a support ticket created. This step is necessary to verify your identity before credentials can be issued.

Please be prepared to provide your Canada Post customer number when you call.
